ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an associate account director, you will own the sales strategy and growth roadmap for high-potential regions. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategic planning, and international business development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔹 Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Define and execute regional GTM strategies for India, Dubai, and Europe
  • Build and refine scalable sales processes for lead qualification, pipeline growth, and closure
  • Work closely with leadership to develop territory-specific forecasts and expansion plans
  • Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) and solution selling to unlock new verticals
🔹 Enterprise Account Management
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients through strong consultative relationships
  • Develop success plans, growth playbooks, and revenue projections for strategic accounts
  • Lead renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with product and delivery teams
🔹 Global Market Penetration
  • Identify and build channel partnerships, resellers, and strategic alliances in Dubai and Europe
  • Customize client engagement strategies to fit local regulations, cultures, and procurement frameworks
  • Represent the brand at global events, trade shows, and industry roundtables
🔹 Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers and client influencers
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to ensure tailored deployment
  • Maintain high standards of post-sales service, ensuring long-term client retention

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in AI/Video Analytics/SaaS
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing sales strategies across multiple geographies
  • Experience in international sales, especially in Dubai and/or European markets
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and CRM reporting skills
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for identifying trends and optimizing GTM strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 30%) to client and partner locations internationally
  • Prior experience in Computer Vision, Smart Cities, Surveillance, or IoT sectors (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Understanding of government/PSU procurement in UAE, EU, or India (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in Digital KYC/ E-KYC solutions
